At Wensen, we strive to bring you unique superior-quality leather goods. Each creation is an objet d'art, meticulously hand-cut and crafted for our discerning customers for years of enjoyment. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we can accept any ready-made designs within 7 days of purchase, in its unused, original packaging. Please email wensenluxe@gmail.com for a return label. Your item will be refunded, once it reaches us. 

Custom-made goods are non-returnable.
